Anger is a natural emotion, but when it feels overwhelming or out of control, it can affect relationships, work, and overall well-being. Anger management counselling helps individuals understand their triggers and develop healthy ways to express and manage anger.

I work with children, teens, and adults to build self-awareness, emotional regulation skills, and practical coping strategies, creating space for calmer responses and healthier relationships.

Living with ADHD, Autism, Dementia, or Alzheimer’s can be challenging for both individuals and families. Support services provide guidance, understanding, and practical tools to help manage daily life and emotional well-being.

I offer compassionate support for children, adults, and caregivers, focusing on strengths, coping strategies, and improved quality of life in a safe and respectful environment.
