Helping kids understand and manage their emotions with confidence
What it’s about
This interactive workshop helps children learn to: * Understand their emotions and express them in healthy ways * Build confidence and self-esteem * Cope with stress, frustration, and peer pressure * Develop calm-down skills like breathing, mindfulness, and squeeze-and-release exercises

Every participant receives a stress ball with simple coping strategies (practiced in class) to use at home and school including their workbook.
